With great snow and visitors flocking to the mountains, it is truly a special time to be here. While here, enjoy everything the area has to offer – from holiday markets to concerts, recreational opportunities, and time with friends and family. We’re closing the year with great momentum going into the New Year. Despite sluggish sales around the country, the market has remained very active with sales in the area increasing 2% compared to this time in 2023 and dollar volume slightly higher as well. Of note, inventory continues to trend above last year by about 7% and the feeling throughout the area and country is that there should be more available in the coming year, which should result in an active market to start 2025.
Most important, I wish you a very happy and safe holiday season and new year. This is a magical time, and I hope you enjoy everything the season and our area have to offer.
